12:14 pm	Nano It's hard to believe that it is already November 16th. I am up to 37,696 words for Nano. I have never, ever, written a book in this way, just marching ahead without having any idea, or even caring for that matter, where the book is headed. As a result I am almost finished writing a book I thought I wouldn't even touch for a few years. Way cool.  (Comment on this)

4:57 pm	SCBWI Barrie Conference OK - so I'm taking the plunge and dipping my toes into the blog way of life. Had a lot of fun at the conference last Saturday, met some great people and learnt what agents want, and more especially, don't want. Would you believe, it's 5:00 and I have to go pick up my daughter.
